Reception and Help Desk
Spencer Marshall are seeking a flexible and adaptable individual to join a busy and vibrant team within one of London’s leading Insurance Groups. If you are seeking a genuinely varied and rewarding role and an opportunity to utilise your customer service skills, please read on!
Key responsibilities are defined as follows:
• Operating the facilities help desk function, ensuring all queries are dealt with quickly and professionally
• Ensuring all works passed to the facilities help desk are monitored for completion and closed off once finished
• Liaise with facilities management contractors, coordinating them
• Provide reception / front of house duties
• Meet and greet all visitors and clients ensuring they receive a first class service
• Coordinate all room bookings, catering requirements and organisation of IT equipment
• Provide senior management with support on an ad-hoc role as required
The Candidate we seek will possess strong customer service skills allied to the following:
• Reception or help desk experience
• Strong working knowledge of Excel,
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• A flexible and adaptable attitude
