FACILITIES ADMINISTRATOR
 
Spencer Marshall are currently working with an International Law Firm based in the heart of London. Our client is seeking a Facilities assistant to join a busy and vibrant team with emphasis on providing support to a Senior Facilities Manager. The key responsibilities of the role will include:

•  Secretarial/admin duties to include typing letters, faxing, filing etc
• Writing up notes from meetings
• Firm communication in relation to Facilities Departments
• Liaising with contractors
• Updating the facilities intranet
• Diary management
• Answering all email/telephone queries
• Use of PowerPoint
• Use of Excel for various budgets etc
• Ad hoc administrative support for departmental projects
• Sourcing suppliers and research
• Acting as a point of contact in the Facilities Managers absence
The candidate we seek will ideally possess Facilities experience allied to:

• Confident and motivated self starter
• Ability to communicate at all levels
• Comfortable to work independently
• Ability to produce accurate administration
• Genuine flexibility
• Ability to turn their hand to any task or project that may be asked
• IT skills to include Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Well presented
