Receptionist

Spencer Marshall are currently assigned by a renowned University who are urgently seeking a client focused Receptionist to join a busy and vibrant team. This role will not be confined to basic Receptionist tasks, and it will be both varied and interesting. As a Receptionist the scope of your role will comprise of the following:
• Provide first point of contact (meet and greet) to all visitors and individuals occupying the University.
• To provide a high quality and informed information and enquiries service.
• Act as a coordinating point for all events activities and functions
• To participate in the coordination and arrangement of meeting rooms, conferencing facilities and seminar suites.
• To provide support to the Estates and Facilities help desk function, handling client queries and providing prompt and accurate resolution of any problematic issues
• To support a busy switchboard function on an ad-hoc basis
• To provide general support to the Estates and Facilities team and participate with any projects as requested by senior management.
The candidate
The Receptionist we seek for this opportunity will ideally possess the following attributes:
• Previous Receptionist experience ideally gained within a corporate environment. Ideal but not essential
• Superb customer service skills
• Strong administrator, capable of following procedures and compliant tasks
• Flexible, an individual who seeks variety to their role
