Facilities Account Director
Spencer Marshall are currently assigned by a leading international FM solutions provider who is currently assigned to a leading Financial Services Group who are one of the brand leaders in their field. Our client is seeking a Senior Facilities professional to oversee an international portfolio with the potential to expand into other countries.
·Strategic management and direction of all Facilities Management activity across an international portfolio.
·Direction of key account managers within existing FM solutions provider, ensuring partnering is achieved and the acquisition of service of excellence.
·Ensure service delivery is achieved in line with the client’s core business values and core business strategy.
·Work closely with core business leaders to understand the firm’s growth plans and ensure the Facilities functions reacts to changes in operational size.
·Undertake responsibility for P&L across the account internationally.
The candidate
The Account Director we seek for this opportunity will ideally possess the following attributes:
-Experience of strategically managing high profile, high work Facilities Management account ideally with an international remit.
-A Facilities professional with an eye for detail, once who is committed to the provision of first class Facilities Manager.
-Enthusiasm and tenacity is a prerequisite
-An excellent communicator, able to operate at any level, capable of influencing and inspiring.
