The Facilities and Estates Management team is led by Steven O’Donoghue. Steven is one of the founders of Spencer Marshall and his enthusiasm and commitment to what he does is without comparison.

Steven has recruited within the Facilities and Estates industry since 1995 and is one of the longest serving consultants to the sector. Steven is hugely passionate about the industry and he has actively campaigned for Facilities and Estates Managers to receive greater recognition for the crucial services that they provide. Steven ensures that he keeps pace with changes in the market and is a renowned networker.

Drew’s career was born in construction and engineering. In 2005 he began recruiting within Facilities and Estates Management and he has quickly adapted to the changing landscape that is Facilities and Estates. Drew’s technical comprehension enables him to provide both clients and candidates with a confident and assured service. Drew is a hands-on consultant, someone who tries to be a true partner to his clients and a keen advisor to candidates.
